Blue Heron Estates is located on School House road near Little Hocking, Ohio. The project started in 2002 with the purchase of 100 acres overlooking the Little Hocking River. The subdivision covers 55 acres and includes 148 individual building lots

The community will be constructed in multiple phases. Phase 1 and 2 will include 43 lots; each lot will be approximately one-fourth acre in size. Additional phases will include lots ranging in size from three-tenths to six-tenth acre. Several lots in the final phase will overlook the Little Hocking River.

The speculatively built homes in phase 1 and 2 will range in size from 1500sf. to 1850sf. (not including basement) There will be a mixture of 2 story and ranch-style homes. Several of the homes will feature a full poured wall basement or fully conditioned sun room. Buyers are encouraged to submit their ideas or plans for homes of their choice for consideration.

Our goal is to provide affordable housing in a clean, safe community. Each home will be constructed in a manner that will enhance the curb appeal of the unit. The enhancements will include such things as underground utilities, neutral exterior colors, concrete driveways and landscaping. the community will strictly regulate such things as street parking, outdoor pets, antennas, fencing, temporary storage, decks, noise, trash, etc....
